Chuck is a technology business executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building startup companies from the ground up and helping transform under performing organizations. His expertise lies in building brands, developing pipeline, growing revenue, scaling organizations, and gaining profitability. He owes his success to the high-performing cross functional teams that he has developed, led, mentored and inspired throughout his career.

 

He is an accomplished business executive with over twenty years of technology industry experience who has consistently overachieved throughout his entire career.

 

Chuck has a proven track record of hands-on leadership experience taking companies from $0 to multi-million dollar revenue producers and numerous successful exits.

Chuck has held positions such as Co-Founder - CEO - COO - EVP and has sat on numerous Boards. 

 

Chuck lives in the Chicago area with his wife and four children. He enjoys traveling, has a passion for technology, and competitive sports. 

After contributing to the growth and success of several startups and transforming a number of SaaS software and services organizations, Chuck has decided to pass along his knowledge and experience to assist early stage ventures and struggling organizations in need of exceptional leadership, strategic vision, strategy, and organizational development expertise. Building numerous customer facing organizations from the ground up at early stage ventures and transforming multiple companies to achieve new performance levels are some of Chuck's greatest accomplishments.

In one of his most successful endeavors, he was one of the Co-Founders of a UK Headquartered startup where he was responsible for building and leading the global go-to-market strategy from the ground up. Chuck was pivotal in helping to scale the organization from seven to 100 employees, generating profitability in it's first 18 months, and increasing revenue from $0 to $30m in under four years. Chuck played an instrumental part in the acquisition of the organization for over $100m during it's fourth year in business. 

 

Chuck's experience includes a history of over achievement in delivering complex solutions either directly to customers, leading teams, or through strategic alliances to a wide range of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small companies. His extensive experience in bringing innovative industry defining products to market, creating & executing successful Go-to-Market strategies, growing revenues at over 200% YoY, rapidly creating profitability with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction, and developing strategic alliances have netted organizations tens of millions of dollars over the years.

 

Chuck employs the principles of being a leader worth following, He believes in authentic leadership... never asking anyone to do something he wouldn’t do himself while always focusing attention on the efforts of his teams. Chuck has developed an agile approach to business development and his history shows a level of success through analyzing requirements, identifying corporate objectives and the issues that  block them, then providing solutions (which could include multiple products and services from partners and ISVs) to help organizations achieve those objectives.

 

In his role as a leader and consultant, Chuck always focuses on producing profitable results and keeping expenses in check. He brings years of experience in creating internal processes that increase productivity and efficiency. His successful history of creating and nurturing vital cross functional relationships have allowed him the privilege to develop, lead, coach, mentor, and collaborate with teams of exceptional individuals both internal and external across the globe. As a result of his leadership, many of his team members have grown into exceptional, highly successful leaders. 

 

Chuck has developed a proven negotiation style that has helped to produce hundreds of millions of dollars over the years. He's been instrumental in developing exclusive strategic alliance relationships, helped numerous organizations expand their global market reach and create new revenue streams. He's has negotiated multi-million dollar agreements with customers and has been engaged on both sides of numerous mergers and acquisitions. 

 

Chuck has a passion for technology and assisting young companies and entrepreneurs in the technology community at large. He has held numerous advisory and board positions that have helped fuel the growth and acquisition of a number of companies:

 

 

 

Chuck sat on the Board of Advisors of Jell from 2011 until it's acquisition in 2014. Jell was an early stage startup that provides a solution to identify and understand differing personalities and discover their "jellability" with those around them. Jell is ideal for companies wanting to build teams that work effectively and cohesively together to avoid conflicts and increase productivity. Jell provides a proactive approach to employee interaction and eliminates conflicts before they happen. Jell was acquired by a private equity firm for an undisclosed amount.  

Chuck sat on the board at Uni B Solutions for two years, where he helped launch it's first product, UNiTY that simplifies data communication and migration projects by making data readily available in real-time when needed.
